Registration / Withdrawal of Admission |

Admitted students must submit the Exchange Program Placement Confirmation and Parental (Legal Guardian) Consent Form before the deadline. Students who wish to withdraw must submit the Exchange Student Program Withdrawal Form before the same deadline. |
Qualification
- To apply for our Study Abroad Program, students must be enrolled full-time at the university and in good academic standing.
- Language proficiency requirements vary depending on the destination — TOEFL, IELTS, or other test scores may be needed for non-English programs.
- Some programs may have additional prerequisites, such as specific majors or completed course credits.
- Students should also demonstrate responsibility, adaptability, and a strong motivation to engage in global learning.
Submit Your Application
Please compile all the required documents listed below and upload them to https://forms.gle/7sXE1XqAhdoJS3wv5 between January 16, 2026 (3:00 PM) and January 25, 2026 (23:59 PM).
All application materials must be combined into a single PDF file, named “StudentID_Name_Exchange Application”, and uploaded accordingly.

- Scanned Copy of Passport
- Application Form
- Enrollment Certificate
- Academic Transcript—Cumulative
- Language Proficiency Certificate (optional)
- Rank Certificate (optional)
- Other supporting materials for review (optional)
Note: All the required documents must be scanned in color, upright, and clear. Photos will not be accepted.
