Master’s Program in Leadership and Management (Coming Soon)
Features & Objectives
This program begins with fundamental management courses aimed at developing international perspectives and cross-cultural communication skills. Faculty from both academia and industry foster an open learning environment, using teaching methods like group discussions, case analyses, and corporate visits to integrate theory with real-world practice. The program features four key foci: 1) fostering cross-cultural leadership; 2) integrating emerging economic fields; 3) adopting diverse teaching methods; 4) optimizing global expert resources.
Alongside fundamental management courses, the program covers three cores: Organizational Behavior and Leadership, Strategic Management and Leadership, and Global Business Operations, with cross-disciplinary studies in economics, political science, finance, law, and the humanities. The electives also include three emerging subfields:
-
Emerging Economies: exploring entertainment and gaming economies, digital nomadism, and DEI leadership and cross-cultural communication.
-
Emerging Legal Studies: focusing on intellectual property, AI law, and international trade law.
-
Emerging Technology Management: emphasizing digital leadership and technology management in the digital era.
